Frequently Asked Questions

All trips are displayed on the main window after you start recording it (the main window is a map).

Your trip data stays on your phone. We do not collect or store your trip data in any way or fashion.

The quick answer: tap the shoe-print icon. However, before you start recording your first trip, the App will ask you to give location services permission.

To make it easier that you don’t have to give the permission every time:

1. Open the Settings menu
2. Go to Privacy
3. Select Location Services
4. Toggle to enable them
5. Look for “Bubble Travel”
6. Select option “always” or “while using the App”.

Important: if you do not give a permission, the App will not be able to record your trip nor show your location on the map.

To stop or end recording a trip tap the shoe-print icon once again.

The quick answer is you will notice changes on the map after you start moving from the point where you started recording.

More indications: You will see an arrow on the status bar. Also, depending on your choice of location services permissions, whether you chose “to allow (tracking) once” or “to allow tracking while using” the App should ask you to allow tracking.

Go to the settings menu and tap “Delete all data”.
You cannot delete a single trip yet.
Also, by deleting all data you restore default settings.

Please check whether location services are enabled on your device. The next step is to make sure that the App has permissions to access location services.

If you still have the same problem, you should check that you are using the latest iOS or iPadOS version on your device:

1. Open Settings
2. Tap “General.”
3. Open “Software Update” at the top, and you will see if your iOS is updated.

Go to settings, tap change bubble color and select the desired color.

Go to settings, tap change a map type and select the desired type.
